Aptiwise and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, excluding any open-source components made available under their own licenses (such as ApprovalML). You retain ownership of the data and content you submit through the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptiwise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
